MUSA Auto Finance was founded by Jeff Morgan, an entrepreneur and business owner. Morgan is the CEO of MUSA Companies, MUSA Auto Finance’s parent company, and also serves as CEO for Mortgages USA and Internet Auto Group. Prior to forming MUSA Auto Finance, Morgan was the managing director at one of the largest direct-to-consumer leasing companies in North America.

Cinde Perales – Chief Compliance Officer 2017-10-13T18:59:18+00:00

Cinde Perales brings more than 30 years of experience in auto finance to MUSA Auto Finance. Before joining MUSA, she served as Senior Vice President of Compliance & Licensing for Exeter Finance Corp, National Funding Operations Leader for Sixth Gear Solutions, and Executive Vice President of Loan Services for GM Financial. Ms. Perales holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Bobby Goodwin brings to MUSA 18+ years of Software Development and Information Technology leadership experience.  Bobby served as SVP of Development and Data Management for Exeter Finance Corp (2010-2018) and was owner of Dynamic Web, a software development firm headquartered in Addison, TX (2001-2010).  Bobby holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Richard Frunzi brings more than 27 years of automobile finance experience to MUSA. Before joining MUSA, Frunzi co-founded Exeter Finance Corp, an independent auto finance company headquartered in Irving, Texas and held roles as Chief Operating Officer and EVP of Originations as well as contributing as a board member.  He also brings more than 13 years of experience at GM Financial (Formerly AmeriCredit), where he served in several ascending leadership positions, including Area General Manager, Regional Vice President, and ultimately, Senior Vice President of Originations.

As SVP of Treasury at MUSA Auto Finance, Scott Schondau manages financing activities, capital sourcing, capital markets solutions, liquidity and other balance sheet concerns for the company. He brings more than 22 years of experience in finance, having served in Managing Director and similar management roles at Alex Brown, a division of Raymond James, Deutsche Bank, Guggenheim Partners, J.P. Morgan Chase, Bear, Stearns & Co. and Principal Financial Securities.
